01 What we collect

Account details: email address, mobile number, name and the profile details you choose to add.

Broker connections: the broker credentials or API keys you provide to link an account, stored encrypted.

Usage and technical data: sign-in times, device and browser type, IP address and app activity needed to run and secure the service.

Billing records: plan, amounts, dates and payment references. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment partner and never reach our servers.

02 Why we use it

To provide the service, keep your account secure, process subscriptions, send orders to your broker when you ask, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.

03 Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that run SvaKosh for us, such as hosting and our payment partner, with your broker when you place an order, or when required by law.

04 Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect against misuse. We do not use advertising cookies.

05 Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit, and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes afterwards.

06 Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data, unlink broker accounts, or withdraw consent by contacting support@svakosh.com. Some records, such as billing history, may be retained where the law requires.

07 Grievances

For privacy concerns or grievances, write to support@svakosh.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days.
